JWD cannot be held responsible for injuries or accidents resulting from the misuse of its products. JWD recommend that its products are not suitable for use by infants and small children. Parental care must be taken to prevent injury when infants and children are in the proximity of any JWD products. JWD products which use glass are fitted with toughened safety glass to British Standards (glass toughening code EN12600). Care should be taken at all times around glass and metal products. |

ORDER DELIVERIES.
Please note ALL deliveries MUST be inspected by the purchaser within 24hrs of delivery. Any damage caused during order transit MUST be communicated to JWD Ltd. by phone and email within 48hrs of the delivery date for exchanges and refunds to be considered.

RETURNS.
Please note if you wish to return and exchange a purchased porthole, for an alternative width fitting we operate a restocking fee policy.
RESTOCK POLICY.
For porthole exchanges we currently charge £26 to cover the combined costs of shipping a replacement porthole, plus checking, refinishing and repolishing returned portholes. |
